How to print a document from Microsoft Word?

To print a document from Microsoft Word, follow these steps:

  1. Open the document that you want to print.
  2. Click on the "File" tab located in the top-left corner of the screen.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Print." This will open the Print pane on the right side of the screen.
  4. In the Print pane, you can choose various printing options like selecting a printer, adjusting the number of copies, choosing specific pages, etc.
  5. Once you have configured the desired printing options, click on the "Print" button located at the bottom-right corner of the Print pane.
  6. If prompted, select the printer you want to use and click "Print" again to start printing the document.

Note: You can also use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + P" to directly open the Print pane.
