To print a document from Microsoft Word, follow these steps:
- Open the document that you want to print.
- Click on the "File" tab located in the top-left corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Print." This will open the Print pane on the right side of the screen.
- In the Print pane, you can choose various printing options like selecting a printer, adjusting the number of copies, choosing specific pages, etc.
- Once you have configured the desired printing options, click on the "Print" button located at the bottom-right corner of the Print pane.
- If prompted, select the printer you want to use and click "Print" again to start printing the document.
Note: You can also use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + P" to directly open the Print pane.
