To change the text color in Microsoft Word, follow these steps:
- Open the document in Microsoft Word.
- Select the text you want to change the color of by clicking and dragging your mouse over the text.
- Go to the "Home" tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
- In the "Font" section of the toolbar, you will see a button with an uppercase "A" and a dropdown arrow next to it. This is the "Font Color" button.
- Click on the "Font Color" button to open a dropdown menu with a variety of color options.
- You can choose any of the preset colors by simply clicking on them. If you want to choose a custom color, click on "More Colors" at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
- In the "Colors" window, you can choose a color from the Basic or Custom tabs, adjust the RGB values to specify a custom color, or choose from recent colors.
