How to change the font style in Microsoft Word?

To change the font style in Microsoft Word, follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Word and open the document you want to edit.
  2. Select the text you want to change the font style for. You can select a single word, a sentence, a paragraph, or the entire document.
  3. Go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon at the top of the Word window.
  4. In the "Font" group, you will see options for changing the font style, font size, and other formatting options.
  5. Click on the drop-down menu next to the font name. A list of available fonts will appear.
  6. Scroll through the list to view different font styles, and click on the font style you want to use. The selected text will instantly change to the new font style.
  7. Alternatively, you can type the first few letters of the font style you want in the font box, and Word will automatically filter the list to show only matching font styles.
  8. You can also change the font size by clicking the drop-down menu next to the font size and selecting a new size from the list.
  9. Once you have selected the desired font style and size, you can continue editing your document or save the changes.

Note: Changing the font style only affects the selected text or any new text you type after the change.
