To accept or reject tracked changes in Microsoft Word, follow these steps:
Open the Word document that contains the tracked changes.
Go to the "Review" tab at the top menu.
In the "Changes" group, you will find the "Accept" and "Reject" buttons. These buttons allow you to accept or reject the changes one by one.
To accept a change, click on the "Accept" button and choose either "Accept Change" (to accept the change and keep the tracked changes) or "Accept All Changes" (to accept all changes in the document).
To reject a change, click on the "Reject" button and choose either "Reject Change" (to reject the change and keep the tracked changes) or "Reject All Changes" (to reject all changes in the document).
Repeat the process for each tracked change until you have accepted or rejected all the changes.
Note: You can also use the buttons next to each change in the document to accept or reject them individually, or you can right-click on a change and choose "Accept" or "Reject" from the context menu.
